I helped assess the efficacy of 3D printed respirators compared to N95 masks in an attempt to increase the supply of respirators to help fight COVID-19.

Breast Implant Analyzer
I coded a standalone image analysis software to calculate breast implant volume from Breast MRI data. I tested the program on real patients with an accuracy of 98.6%.
DRR Generator
I developed the first publicly-available application to convert CT data into a simulated XRay in order to enhance visualization and aid in surgical planning
